DK88 Terms and Conditions: What Every Account Holder Should Know
We've pulled together the key conditions from our Terms and Conditions that every DK88 account holder should know before playing. This page doesn't replace the full legal document, but it covers eligibility, prohibited territories, account rules, betting and payout limits, and the governing law behind our platform.
DK88 Eligibility and Age Requirement
We only open DK88 accounts to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years old, or who have reached the minimum legal gambling age set by their own jurisdiction, whichever of the two is higher. Where a jurisdiction sets its legal gambling age above 18, that higher age applies instead of our general eighteen-year threshold.
When you register a DK88 account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that you're legally permitted to take part in online betting and casino activity under the laws that apply to you. We may request age verification at any point, including before we process a withdrawal, and we close any account found to belong to someone below the applicable minimum age.
DK88 Prohibited Territories
We don't open or maintain DK88 accounts for people located in, or resident in, certain territories. Registration from, or continued account use from within, any of the territories below is not permitted under our Terms and Conditions (§1.1):
- Aruba, Australia, Austria, Belarus, Belize
- Bonaire, Comoros, Curaçao, France, Germany
- Netherlands, Russian Federation, Saba, Sint Eustatius, Sint Maarten
- Singapore, Spain, United Kingdom, United States
We also exclude any jurisdiction listed on the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) blacklist, which currently covers North Korea, Iran, and Myanmar. This list comes from our own Terms and Conditions and is separate from the currency and language we display on the site; connecting from one of the territories above means you're not eligible to hold or operate a DK88 account, regardless of which currency or language you see.
DK88 Account Rules
We only allow one active DK88 account per individual. Under our Terms and Conditions (§3.7), we can close a Wagering Contract where:
- Multiple accounts are found to belong to the same person, including an account opened under someone else's details.
- We identify a coordinated group of users acting together.
- We detect fraudulent transactions, chargebacks, or collusion with other users.
We may also close an account at our own discretion, at any time, and without providing a reason. Where this happens, we return any remaining account balance to you, minus any applicable withdrawal fees (T&C §3.6). We expect account holders to keep their login credentials confidential and to keep the personal details supplied at registration accurate.
DK88 Betting and Payout Limits
Our Terms and Conditions set fixed limits on the value of a single wager and on the amount you can win from any one bet:

We set these figures in USD as our platform's operating currency; amounts we display to you in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) are converted for display purposes. A wager or a win that falls outside these limits is handled according to the applicable clause of our Terms and Conditions rather than processed as submitted.
DK88 Governing Law
Our DK88 Terms and Conditions are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Anjouan, under the Computer Gaming Licensing Act 007 of 2005 (T&C §17.6). Any dispute arising from or relating to our Terms and Conditions, or to your use of the platform, falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Anjouan.
Where we publish our Terms and Conditions in more than one language and a discrepancy arises between versions, the English-language version is the controlling text (T&C §5.9). If you're relying on a translated version of our Terms and Conditions, refer to the English version wherever you suspect a conflict in wording.
